Back To The Basics Gluten Free Cooking Class

Are you having a hard time cooking since going gluten free without the aid of inferior tasting pre-made mixes and sauces out of a jar?
Do you not know the basics of cooking, like how to make gravy from scratch, and want to learn?
Or maybe you want to cut your gluten free grocery bill by making your own seasoning mixes from scratch...

Well, here's your chance.
R.O.C.K. Charlotte's Coordinator, Nikki Everett, will be giving a free cooking class on a variety of kid friendly gluten free sauce & gravy recipes to spice up your gluten free dishes.

The class will cover tips to solving the puzzle of maximizing the taste of gluten free cooking like:

  • Basic gluten free gravies made from sausage, chicken, and beef dishes.

  • Gluten free seasoning recipes for making basics like tacos, spaghetti, BBQ & other favorites...

  • Gluten free sauces to jazz up your vegetable dishes that the kids will love
