This year has been a whirlwind of activity for R.O.C.K.(Raising Our Celiac Kids) Charlotte, N.C. chapter and its lead coordinator, me, Nikki Everett. But never in a million years did I think that we would co-host the first Gluten Free Expo in Charlotte, N.C. One phone call later to Johnson & Wales University Charlotte Campus, and a whole lot of work later, we will be seeing that vision come to be on August 7th, 2010!

There will be a demo with internationally acclaimed Johnson & Wales Chef On Assignment, Chef Peter Reinhart
Dr. Ivor Hill, Chief Pediatric Gastroenterologist at Wake Forest Medical University will be speaking on "Celiac Disease:What's New"
Lots of gluten free products to be given away as door prizes!
